In order to screen Vaxxed (or any film) to the public, a public performance license is required. The Federal Copyright Act (Title 17 of the U.S. Code) states that neither the rental nor the purchase of a movie carries with it the right to show the movie publicly outside the home, unless the site where the movie is used is properly licensed for public exhibition. We sincerely appreciate those of you who want to respect the law and support this film.
If you are interested in setting up public screenings of Vaxxed that allow you to hold panel discussions after or to screen the film as part of a conference (including internationally), or for a film festival, as part of an educational curriculum or even in a medical office, we’ve structured some easy-to-order programs that address for profit and non-profit events as well as admission free and admission based events.
Because there is a sizable expense required to produce and distribute a film, as well as to administer these programs, there are screening fees applied to help allay these costs. These fees will also help the filmmakers on their campaign to bring awareness to these issues.
Please note, refunds will not be possible so please be 100% certain that your event is happening and that you have the correct license.

A community screening is a private or public screening event to show the film to a group of people. Screenings with free admission and those requiring an admission fee (non-profits included) each require a license. This screening can occur in any type of venue that will support it, except for film festivals, conventions, and conferences (find licenses for these types of events below). Some examples of venues that would use the community screening license are theatre rentals, community centers, churches, libraries, universities, museums, etc.
The film itself will be delivered in a DVD format, unless the blu-ray exhibition disc option is selected.
Non-profits and charitable organizations may ask for donations at free screenings as long as the donation is not considered admission.

“Block Party” License – 10 to 50 people
The “block party” license is designed to support screenings for small groups of people, from 10 to 50. While showing the film privately in your home to few friends and family members does not require a license, an event type screening does.
If you will already have an official Vaxxed DVD, then you can purchase only the license for a reduced price.
Licenses for events with more than 50 people
For larger events for over 50 people, please choose one of the following licenses

Free Admission ($100) – Admission Fee ($200)101-300 People
Free Admission ($300) – Admission Fee ($600)301-500 People
Free Admission ($500) – Admission Fee ($1000)This license will cover one-time screenings for conventions and conferences for one price for both free and admission based screenings. The film will be delivered on an exhibition Blu-ray. Since Blu-ray requires a custom output and must be returned, a deposit of $250 is required. This deposit will be returned once the Blu-ray is received by Cinema Libre Studio.
This license does not guarantee the involvement of the filmmakers for Q&As, panel discussions, speeches/talks, or appearances (neither in person nor via Skype) and does not cover any of their fees or travel expenses. To request the filmmakers please fill out this form. If your screening is dependent on the appearances of the filmmakers, then please wait until an agreement has been met before purchasing. No refunds can be issued.
